Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Devoluções e Garantias
O prazo para efetuar a reclamação por danos causados pelo transporte é de 24 horas após a receção do bem.
Tendo em consideração que os artigos/produtos comercializados são de utilização profissional, qualquer situação de cancelamento, troca, devolução e garantias será resolvido nos termos da legislação portuguesa em vigor, para o que o Cliente deverá contactar a 3doutlet.shop.
A garantia não se aplica: A peças/componentes consumíveis (componentes sujeitos a desgaste natural/sob necessidade de manutenção por parte do cliente), salvo havendo defeito ou desconformidade no momento de instalação ou nos primeiros 15 dias de uso. Excepção: Tubos de laser de CO2 – 6 meses; fontes de Fibra – 1 ano. Para lista detalhada da garantia referente ao tipo de máquina em questão contactar o suporte apoio.pt@3doutlet.shop.
Os produtos devolvidos têm obrigatoriamente de se encontrar em condições de venda, ou seja:
– Produto devolvido no seu estado novo e nunca usado, em caixa original com todos os acessórios incluídos e respectivos números de série e selos do fabricante.
Devolução por danos de transporte: deve registar na Guia de Transporte a anomalia ou, em caso de não verificar o estado da mercadoria, assinalar na Guia de Transporte que está “sujeito a verificação”. O prazo para efetuar a reclamação por danos causados pelo transporte é de 24 horas após a receção do bem. Passado este período de tempo a 3doutlet.shop não se responsabiliza por qualquer anomalia que possa ter ocorrido durante o transporte.
– Não são aceites devoluções/trocas de produtos personalizados, produtos descontinuados ou encomendados especificamente pelo cliente.
O cliente suporta as despesas de devolução no caso de resolução de contrato.
